Established in 2022, TROO Hospitality (TROO) is an exciting hospitality management company founded by a highly experienced team of international hotel owners and operators who have vast experience in financing, developing and operating businesses in the hospitality industry. With digital at the heart of TROO’s business model, the company needed to invest in a financial management platform that could scale, flex, and deliver intelligence to its business owners. Crucially the system needed to support a culture based on autonomy, intelligence, and transparency, as the business has a resolute owner-focus, with an ethos centred around leveraging technology to empower and enhance all aspects of operations. Its chosen system therefore had to deliver insights to its respective general managers (GMs) in a simple, tailored format from which to inform strategy, employee engagement and ultimately, the guest experience.
Having worked with Percipient previously, the TROO team had trust in them as a digital partner and following a review of several solutions on the market, Sage Intacct was selected.
TROO went live with Sage Intacct in September 2023 following an eight-week deployment.
