Sage Intacct Release 1 2022 (R1 2022) is now available with new features and enhancements to help you work smarter and more efficiently. In the first release of the year, you’ll see enhancements in accounts payable, purchase invoice automation, expanded import for accounts receivable payments, plus much more.
What’s New in the Latest Release?
- Notations in financial reports
Add a column anywhere in reports to display notations for one or more accounts. When the report runs, you can see the notation text at the column location you selected. - Expanded import for AR payments
Import customer payments in bulk, saving the time and trouble of entering payments individually. - Default sender email address
Updated default sender settings on the accounts receivable configuration to set specific contacts for invoice and statement emails. - Reclassify approved and posted journal entries
Companies using GL Approvals can now reclassify journal transactions that have been approved and posted, as long as the period is open. - Usability enhancements for accounts payable
A new standard view for draft AP purchase invoices, an AP purchase invoice date column for the Pay AP purchase invoices page, and a variety of improvements to CSV import. All to enhance your experience.
- Enhanced inventory inquiry in items
Skip running and deciphering reports. Get faster visibility into an item’s demand and supply directly in the item record. - Purchase invoice automation (early adopter)
Streamline your workflow and automate your AP purchase invoice entry process. - Use rules to automatically create journal entries for reconciliation (early adopter)
Add transaction creation rules to your rule sets and streamline your reconciliation.
