Having gone live following a 12-week deployment, the digital leader now has access to detailed, real-time insights on performance, as well as consolidated accounts from which to inform dynamic planning and decision-making. The fixed asset module has eliminated all manual intervention to expedite accounting processes and eliminate inaccuracies, which, with approximately 50,000 invoices per month and £500,000 in payments, equates to significant efficiency savings.
Budget holders can distil the data they need, create reports, and view P&L in varying levels of detail on dashboards. This capability affords greater visibility, allowing the team to react quickly to trends and anomalies, capitalise on opportunities, and mitigate risk.

“As well as more informed, consolidated accounts, Sage Intacct’s multi-entity management and inter-company modules are hugely valuable. Because we process high volumes of credit card transactions, the ability to export data and integrate with bank feeds delivers automation on a whole new level. The fact that we can personalise bank rules and ensure the process is unique to us also brings a huge amount of efficiency savings, as well as eliminating potential errors.
