2025 Review: Growth, Sage Intacct Success & What’s Next

A Year of Growth, Momentum & Foundations for an Even Stronger 2026

Percipient’s Chris Stock reflects on a landmark year of growth, customer success and team investment – and how those foundations are setting the stage for an even stronger 2026.

As we step into 2026, it feels less like a pause for reflection and more like a moment to recognise momentum. 2025 has been a defining year for Percipient – one marked not just by strong results, but by purposeful growth, deeper customer impact and continued investment in the people and partnerships that underpin everything we do.

The results speak volumes. In 2025, we delivered 30% growth in our Sage Intacct business, exactly as projected. Reaching 100 Sage Intacct customers was a milestone we were proud to celebrate together at our customer event at the F1 Arcade in London. More importantly, strong ARR and customer retention throughout the year reinforced something we care deeply about – that growth is only meaningful when it’s sustainable.

That sustainability is reflected in our record number of customer success stories, spanning new implementations, complex extensions and long-term upgrades. Revisiting some of our earliest Sage Intacct customers has been particularly rewarding, offering tangible proof that the value of digital finance transformation extends far beyond go-live.

Whether it’s improving business agility, protecting margins, mitigating risk or enabling expansion, Sage Intacct continues to deliver long-term value where it matters most.

Customer Success at the Heart of Growth

A number of stories stood out this year. The Simon Rogan-led Umbel Restaurant Group, renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurants, is using Sage Intacct’s real-time insights to refine planning and optimise margins in the moment – a critical capability in today’s hospitality environment.

Meanwhile, Inception Group is leveraging Sage Intacct’s intelligent dashboards to guide growth across its Bunga Bunga, Mr Fogg’s and Cahoots brands, navigating a challenging London market with greater clarity and control.

These stories encapsulate the core of our Sage Intacct value proposition: giving finance teams the visibility, confidence and agility they need to make better decisions, faster, even in the most complex, fast-moving environments.

Recognition That Reflects Strategy

Our focus on industry specialism and customer outcomes was further validated this year when we were named Sage FY25 Industry Partner of the Year at Sage’s conference in Barcelona. This recognition reflects not just the scale of our growth in hospitality and leisure, but the depth of expertise within the Percipient team and our commitment to growing in a smart, sustainable way.

Working closely with Sage remains a real highlight. From joint customer events to international partner experiences – including the Sage FY24 Platinum Club event in Tromsø following our 2024 Partner of the Year win – these moments strengthen our partnership and ensure we’re always learning, sharing and evolving together.

Investing in People to Unlock What’s Next

Crucially, the success of 2025 didn’t happen by chance. Over the past year, we’ve made deliberate investments in our sales and marketing teams, ensuring we have the capability, capacity and specialism to support the next phase of our growth strategy. That investment is already paying dividends, not just in numbers, but in the quality of conversations we’re having with customers and the clarity of our market positioning.

At the same time, ongoing innovation within Sage Intacct – particularly around AI-driven capabilities – is opening up new possibilities for finance teams. As these capabilities continue to evolve, our focus is on translating innovation into real-world value, grounded in our deep understanding of hospitality, leisure and service-led organisations.

Looking Ahead to 2026

In many ways, 2025 feels like a year where seeds were planted. Strong growth, a growing customer base, industry recognition and continued team investment have created a platform we’re incredibly excited about. As we move into 2026, we do so with confidence, clarity and ambition, ready to build on this momentum and help even more organisations realise the full value of Sage Intacct.
