Book a demoIn 2020, Exclusive Collection realised they had outgrown their Sage 200 solution and needed a new platform to manage their financials. The spreadsheets and manual processes which had become necessary to maintain the existing package resulted in duplication and repetition, and these inefficiencies were unsustainable for the business.
Exclusive Collection selected Sage Intacct and Percipient for the financial transformation project, after seeing a demonstration of the system at HOSPACE in 2020. Going live with Sage Intacct in 2021, after a 10-week deployment, the system quickly delivered on its promises and the luxury hotel chain has seen significant improvements in business efficiency.
Sage Intacct allows us to constantly tune into our hotels’ trends and activities, therefore we stand in the best position to ensure that our proposition is aligned fully with our customers.
