Business software consultancy, Percipient, announces the sale of Sage X3 business to Datel.
Following a period of consultation, the two leading Sage partners have agreed on a deal to transfer 29 Sage X3 customers and 9 team members from Percipient to Datel.
Datel is the largest Sage X3 partner in the UK with 120 customers and 43 dedicated Sage X3 people across support, consultancy and project management teams. This is further supported by the wider Datel team including a bespoke development team and an R&D team, which focuses on delivering Datel Fusion solutions for their customers.
Andrew Pritchard, Managing Director of Datel, comments: “I am delighted to have reached an agreement to acquire the Sage X3 business of Percipient. The acquisition will be effective from the 1st of May 2023, with both customers and staff integrating seamlessly with our existing offering. This significant investment underlines our commitment to Sage and the Sage X3 product portfolio, and further strengthens our position as a leading Sage business partner in the UK”.
