Business software consultancy Percipient today announced that Scent Global, a global wholesale distributor, importer and exporter of designer fragrance, hair care and skin care products, has deployed Sage X3. Following a remote implementation managed by Percipient, the solution is designed to deliver integrated best-in-class finance and warehouse management capabilities, and provide scale to support future growth.
With a 110,000 square foot warehouse divided into two sections comprising a dedicated business to business (B2B) area for large orders, and a direct dispatch distribution area which acts as a third party warehouse, and 17,000 different SKUs, Scent Global relies on up to date stock information to optimise fulfilment, and boost profitability.
The fragrance leader selected Sage X3 based on its deep functionality and flexibility to scale for future growth, while Percipient was chosen on the team’s in-depth ERP knowledge, and expertise and experience in the wholesale and distribution sector.
