As another year comes to a close, I’m reminded of how important it is to pause and reflect on what we’ve accomplished—not just in numbers, but in relationships, growth, and shared purpose.
Without a doubt, 2024 has been our most rewarding year to date. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible customers, our partners at Sage, and, of course, the outstanding team here at Percipient, who make everything we do possible.
Hitting 100 & Beyond: Our Customer Journey
This year, we celebrated a significant milestone—approaching our 100th Sage Intacct customer. It’s a number that speaks volumes about the trust placed in us, the value Sage Intacct delivers, and the strength of our partnerships.
Highlights of the year include:
- A record number of new customer wins
- 60 active projects in hospitality and leisure, where we continue to lead the field
- New traction in professional services, particularly recruitment
- Expansion into the dental and care home sectors, supporting their digital transformation
- A 24% growth in team size to meet demand and maintain our high service standards
We continue to support all customers through our helpdesk and Customer Success Management (CSM) team, ensuring every customer gets the ongoing care and expertise they need.

In 2024, we published a record number of customer success stories (one every single month), each showcasing the tangible impact of Sage Intacct, backed by the care and capability of the Percipient team.

Giving Back, Going Beyond
A standout moment this year was watching our Marketing Director, Michelle Duffy, raise over £13,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. From giving up chocolate to taking on mountain hikes—and ultimately conquering a fear of heights on a zipline—Chell’s determination and heart captured everything we value at Percipient.
Her journey was backed by our team and our partners at Sage, and it reminded us all that business success is about more than revenue; it’s about community, compassion, and giving back.
